By using this website or requesting services from Priority Towing & Transport ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these terms.
All towing and recovery services are provided subject to South Carolina state law and applicable federal regulations. Quoted prices are estimates based on the information provided to dispatch; final pricing may vary based on actual conditions, distance, time, special equipment required, and any complications encountered on scene.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made (insurance billing, fleet account, etc.). We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Insurance and commercial accounts are billed per agreed terms.
We document vehicle condition at pickup and drop-off when feasible. We are responsible for damage caused directly by our equipment or operators during a service call. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical conditions revealed by a tow (such as transmission issues), or damage caused by third parties before our arrival.
If we tow a vehicle to our storage facility, daily storage fees apply per posted rates. Vehicles must be claimed in accordance with South Carolina abandoned-vehicle law. Unclaimed vehicles may be processed for lien sale per state regulations.
By requesting service, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf (for example, as a property manager, insurance representative, or law enforcement officer).
Our liability for any claim arising from service is limited to the actual cost of the service rendered or the documented damage caused, whichever is less. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
